JACUZZI RULES

Welcome to Casa Ammirati. Our jacuzzi is a relaxation and wellness space carefully designed for your enjoyment. For your safety, comfort, and that of other guests, we ask that you respect the following rules.
1. ACCESS AND SECURITY
The jacuzzi is strictly reserved for guests staying at Casa Ammirati. Any use by outside persons is prohibited.
Children under 14 years of age are not admitted without the presence and constant supervision of a responsible adult.
The maximum capacity is set at 4 people simultaneously.
The jacuzzi is accessible from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm only. Any use outside these hours is prohibited out of respect for other guests and the neighborhood.
2. HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS
A shower is mandatory before each use to remove all traces of sunscreen, cosmetics, perfumes or other substances.
Use is exclusively with clean swimwear. Thick fabric swim shorts are not recommended.
Eating is prohibited in the jacuzzi. Drinks are only permitted in unbreakable containers. Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the jacuzzi.
Animals are not allowed in the jacuzzi and its immediate area.
3. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Each session should not exceed 30 minutes. Allow at least 10 minutes of rest between sessions.
People suffering from cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, respiratory or skin problems, as well as pregnant women, are advised to consult their doctor before use.
It is strongly advised against using the jacuzzi under the influence of alcohol or medication that may cause drowsiness or dizziness.
The water temperature is fixed and monitored by us at a maximum of 38°C. Please do not change the temperature settings.
4. CARE AND RESPONSIBLE USE
Please replace the protective cover carefully after each use to maintain the temperature and keep the water clean.
It is strictly forbidden to add any chemicals, essential oils, bubble bath, salt, or other substances to the water. These additions will irreparably damage the filtration system.
Any damage to the jacuzzi or equipment caused by improper use will be charged to the customer concerned.
5. RULES OF CONDUCT
We ask that you respect the peace and quiet of other guests. Noise disturbances, especially in the evening, are not tolerated.

6. RESPONSIBILITY
The use of the jacuzzi is entirely at the user's own risk. Casa Ammirati accepts no responsibility for any accidents resulting from use that does not comply with these regulations. We recommend that you check that your personal or travel insurance covers any accidents related to the use of the equipment provided.
By using the Casa Ammirati jacuzzi, you acknowledge that you have read these rules and agree to abide by them in their entirety.

REGULATIONS

Our swimming pool is a shared, intimate relaxation space, open to all guests of Casa Ammirati. To ensure everyone's safety and preserve water quality, we ask that you carefully observe the following rules.
1. ACCESS AND SECURITY
The swimming pool is strictly reserved for guests staying at Casa Ammirati. Any use by outside persons is prohibited.
Children under 12 years of age must never be left unattended near or in the pool. A responsible adult must be present at all times.
Running around the pool is strictly prohibited. The beaches are slippery — please move with care.
The swimming pool is open from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm. Swimming outside these hours is prohibited for safety reasons.
Diving and jumping from the edges of the pool are strictly prohibited.
2. HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS
A shower is mandatory before entering the pool in order to remove sunscreens, cosmetics, sweat or any other substance.
Swimming is permitted only in clean swimsuits. Cotton or thick fabric swim shorts are not recommended as they degrade water quality.
Eating is prohibited in the pool. Drinks are only permitted in unbreakable containers — no glass cups by the pool.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the pool.
Animals are not allowed in the swimming pool or on the beaches.
3. HEALTH AND SAFETY
People suffering from cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, skin infections or any other medical condition that may be aggravated by swimming are advised to consult their doctor before use.
Swimming is strongly discouraged under the influence of alcohol or medication that may impair alertness.
Remember to protect yourself from the Mediterranean sun — sunscreen before swimming, a hat, and regular hydration. The Provençal heat can be surprising!
4. RESPONSIBLE USE
It is strictly forbidden to introduce any product, oil, soap, or external substance into the pool water. Water treatment is provided by us.
Please pick up your belongings and rubbish after use and leave deckchairs and garden furniture in their original condition.
Any damage to equipment caused by improper use will be billed to the customer concerned.
5. RULES OF COMMON LIVING
The pool is a shared and peaceful space. Music is kept at a reasonable volume, and conversations are respectful. Every guest has the right to enjoy the tranquility of Provence.
Please do not monopolize the sun loungers when you are not present. The equipment is shared between all guests.
6. URGENT AND RESPONSIBILITY
In case of an accident , contact Franck or Gilbert immediately at +33 6 64 83 55 47. Emergency Medical Services (SAMU): 15 — Firefighters: 18.
Swimming is entirely at the user's own risk. No lifeguard is present. Casa Ammirati accepts no responsibility for any accidents resulting from use that does not comply with these regulations. We recommend that you check that your personal or travel insurance covers potential accidents.

Naturism — Optional and Welcome
At Casa Ammirati Flayosc, freedom is part of the spirit of the house . Nude bathing is accepted in the pool and jacuzzi, with respect for everyone.
It is never imposed, never mandatory. It remains a personal choice , provided that all guests present agree. In case of doubt, a swimsuit remains the standard attire.
Discretion, kindness and mutual respect are the only rules that truly matter.
